Another tool to fight Aphanomyces root rot

April 08, 2015

Nufarm announces the Emergency Use Registration of INTEGO Solo - a seed treatment product for suppression of Aphanomyces in pulse and soybean crops

Prairie field pea growers can now tackle the most devastating new root rot in Canada, with the recent emergency use registration of INTEGO Solo seed treatment for suppression of Aphanomyces euteiches.

“Pulse production in Western Canada is now under serious threat from Aphanomyces – the most devastating disease in peas worldwide, according to the American Phytopathological Society,” says Graham Collier, Technical Services Manager for Western Canada with Nufarm Agriculture Inc. “Weather conditions across the prairies over the past few years have significantly increased disease pressure, and growers have been left with no control options, until this emergency use of new INTEGO Solo.”
