Global Institute for Food Security Science Day 2019
November 15, 2019
9:00-4:00 PM
The Global Institute for Food Security (GIFS)'s 2019 Science Day is postponed due to power outage.
At this open house, GIFS scientists, postdoctoral fellows and affiliate scientists will share their research on each of our programs, through talks and poster presentations. Come learn about the interesting research and innovations going on at GIFS and in the GIFS-managed Plant Phenotyping and Imaging Research Program (P2IRC) at the University of Saskatchewan.
Find out how the various research projects and programs we are involved in impact agriculture and food production at the local level in Saskatchewan, as well as regionally, nationally and globally.
Admission is free. Lunch and coffee break refreshments provided but all attendees are asked to please RSVP for lunch with megan.paul@gifs.ca. For more information on this event, click here.
