Objective
To determine the concentrations of some of the essential micronutrients lentils, peas, chickpeas, and beans grown in Saskatchewan.
Outcome
The study found that 50 g consumption of each of lentils, chickpeas, peas, and beans represented good dietary sources of Se, Fe, Zn, Mg, and K except Ca and Cu.
