Objective
To determine if the knowledge, skills, attitudes, behaviour, and consumption of dried and canned pulses of women, infants, and children participants the supplemental nutrition program regarding the preparation of and consumption of dried and canned pulses.
Outcome
Women, infants, and children recipients were knowledgeable, confident in their ability to prepare beans, and had positive attitudes towards beans.
