Objective
To determine the effect of pulse intensification in rotations systems on soil microbial community structure, microbial functional groups and biodiveristy, and rhizosphere structure and characteristics. To evaluate whether or not the pathogenic consequence due to pulse intensity in rotation systems is the main driver in pea yield declining.
