On November 5, 2020 the Government of Turkey published a notification in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey (T.C. Resmî Gazete) specifying a reduction in the import duties for lentils.
Government of Canada has confirmed that the notification reduces Turkey’s import duties as follows:
· Red Lentils: Reduced from 19.3% to 9%, until January 1, 2021.
