Overview

The International North American Pulse Improvement Association (NAPIA)/Bean Improvement Cooperative (BIC)  Biennial Meeting allows members and colleagues worldwide and from varied disciplines to interact and exchange information on bean and pulse improvement.

The meeting aims to:

  • To provide a forum on recent research developments and plans for projects in pulse crops
  • Collaborate with scientific and industry leaders from all over the world
  • Opportunities for graduate student research
  • Help create solutions through innovative and collaborative science
  • Connect worldwide”

The meeting is of interest to growers and agronomists, as well as researchers. In 2023, we had a producer as a keynote speaker, and hope to do the same this year.
