I understand that by providing my signature below, I acknowledge I have read and understood the BASF Stewardship Guidelines for Clearfield® Lentil. I also understand that any orders for CDC CLEARFIELD® lentils that are not accompanied by this signed order form will not be filled, as outlined in the accompanying Variety Release Program Policies and Procedures (updated January 2026).

I understand that in giving my signature, I give consent to SPG to use my personal information as described in the accompanying SPG Policies and Procedures (updated January 2026) document. I understand that by not providing my signature, SPG is not permitted to use my personal information and that doing so does not affect my ability to order seed through the Variety Release Program.

I acknowledge that this is a firm order and that I have read, understand and agree to fully comply with the Variety Release Program Policies and Procedures (updated January 2026) and accept the consequences of noncompliance. The terms of such Variety Release Policies and Procedures, as amended from time to time, are specifically incorporated herein. I also agree to not sell any variety released by the Variety Release Program outside of the Distribution Territory (Canada) and will collect and remit royalty payments on sub-licensed varieties for sale outside of Saskatchewan, as defined by variety in the Policies and Procedures document, and shall advise all purchasers of such distribution restriction.
