Overview

Saskatchewan Agriculture is bringing another year of Crop Diagnostic School to you. You can expect an in-depth training opportunity for agronomists, producers, industry, and retail to improve your crop scouting skills and further your agronomic knowledge. Crop Diagnostic School will be a one-day event in Melfort, SK. There will be two available dates, July 24 or 25 to choose from. Each day will be identical in material. Limited spaces are available, so register early to guarantee your spot!

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture is proud to partner with Northeast Agriculture Research Foundation (NARF) in Melfort to deliver this exciting event. While sweep nets will not be pre-sold at the event this year, you can purchase one directly from Pro Metal in Regina (www.prometal.ca; 306-525-6710).

Northeast Agriculture Research Foundation (NARF) in Melfort, SK (NARF – NARF – Northeast Agriculture Research Foundation)
Location: Main Station – Northeast Agriculture Research Foundation, Melfort, SK – Signs and staff will direct participants to parking and registration tent.
Directions: From the intersection of highways 3, 6, and 41 in Melfort, head south on Highway 6 for 2.7km. Turn right at the “Melfort Research Farm” sign, this will lead you into the research station where further instructions on where to park will be present.
Time: Registration runs from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The school itself will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. each day.
Cost: $100.00 per person (includes lunch)
