Development of advanced lentil lines with partial resistance against race 0 of Colletotrichum lentis causing anthracnose

To develop SNP markers to differentiate resistance alleles of five known anthracnose resistance loci; to identify genome-wide polymorphic sites between LR-660590 and an elite red and a green lentil variety; to develop of lines with homozygous resistance alleles from L. ervoides in a primarily elite L. culinaris genetic background; to phenotype selected BC3F3 for resistance to race 0 of C. lentis.
