Field Pea Response to Varying Phosphorus Forms and Placement Options

This project will evaluate how field pea responds to a range of phosphorus (P) fertilizer formulations and placement method strategies across the major soil-climatic zones in Saskatchewan. Given rising fertilizer costs, emerging products, and impacts on seed safety and long-term soil fertility, this work aims to provide growers with updated, evidence-based guidance on optimal P management strategies for peas.
