To characterize candidate Fusarium avenaceum pathogenicity and virulence factors involved in root rot of pulses and FHB of wheat.

To determine if Fusarium avenaceum mycotoxin affects virulence in root rot of pulses and FHB of wheat, or in interaction with other pathogens.
